How To Download Photos from the Photo Gallery
DESKTOP
Step 1: Double Click the thumbnail of the image you want to download.

Step 2: Mouse over the image and select the option to download the original image.

Step 1: Select the image that you would like to download. Tap the Download Icon in the bottom right corner of the image.
